Few questions about addons

Hi,

I had downloaded and installed cracked Gmod. Everything was going perfect, it was completely playable and was running very smooth. However, I copied a large amount of addons to the addons folder which might be causing some problems. The game itself takes few seconds to load but when I click on any map, it takes a very LONG time (like 7-10 minutes) to load and even then it starts crashing. So my questions are:
1. What's exactly causing the problem? Addon conflictions? Script problems? Something else?
2. Is there a way to make addons appear on the addons list (they are invisible) so I could try disable/enable the ones I want?

Please help.
