Left 4 Dead 2 || Addons Installation!

Hi,

I recently i installed Left 4 Dead 2 from this page and Im having this problem!
When i try to install any addon,no matter what (weapon,skin,character,sprite) and everything,it installs succesfully...But when i run the game and go to Addons there is this number 4 "loading" on the right side of the screen! And when i start the game no matter what Single player or Multiplayer the Addons wont work for no reason...
The game works just fine but Addons doesnt work at all...?

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
